Aftermarket mounts.................07-100-08 ( is for Elan). This one fits the HR pattern perfectly, the max hole size is about 32 mm so I don`t know if it would be much point in using this one for a 34 mm carb . The 30-34 mm carbs fit into it but is a tight squeeze.
Or, we use this one for the 335 racers; 07-100-06, you need to ream the holes out a bit to fit the HR pattern, we have also cut out own rubber gasket to use this one, has a good size hole through it.
Jetting, I just have for 34 mm as that is what we run on the lunger racers.
I am at about 600 m / 2000 ft
Pilot jet....35
Air screw.....1.5 turn out
Throttle slide......2.5
Needle jet........159-P8
Jet needle........6DH4-2
Main jet.....320 if warmer than ~ 15C, 330 if colder
That is the one we have ran the most. It works very nice, no hesitation, feathering throttle etc, just smooth at all throttle positions
Alternative, just played with this abit this winter, seemed to work OK but not sure about it yet.
Pilot jet ......35
Air screw......1.5 turn out
Throttle slide......3.0
Needle jet........159-P8
Jet needle........6DH7-2
Main jet 320, was testing at about -10C and that main seemed good at that temp.
If I was setting up a 335 for trail riding I think I would go with a 30 mm and likely above jetting would be a good start.....Or just go with a 34 with above jetting and put a smile on your face. That is with the 07-100-06 mount and a original can muffler.
