I am looking for better secondary clutch sheave for my 69 alpine. The fixed sheave on this one has some major pitting from sitting for so long in moisture. Probably a wide range of years will work. Paint color doesn't matter. Located in southern Ontario.

Still looking for the clutch.
Also looking for a good alpine gas tank. Turns out that mine developed several splits after holding some gas for the first time in many years.

Have you seen the pics of the guy who use a 20lb propane tank turned sideways for a fuel tank? It looked pretty cool. I also saw a guy using a dune buggy tank. The propane tank would definitely be the cheaper option.

That's sweet! And rightly expensive lol. Thank you.
In the meantime i picked up some acetone and will try the redneck plastic welding sometime

If the welding fails I'm going to try to make something from a metal tank. I did measure up a propane tank - it does fit on the older straight handlebar alpines. . But the 69 & up have that extra lever action thing with a roller, and that all gets in the way. Will need a skinny tank, or get crafty with a welder
