Woke up yesterday with a strong hankering to get out on the little bit of snow we actually got here in N.E. Ohio. Last weekend the snowfall predictions were for 9-15 inches. I was stoked! Well we got a whopping 3-4 inches. Well I didn't let that stop me, ..... and not to play favorites I decided to treat all the sleds close-at-hand equally. So these all got a little workout! I've always wanted to doo this since others have inspired me over the years. Too bad I don't have the 95 Skandic put back together yet, I could have had one from every decade 60s - 2010s
All in all it went well, except for tje 70 TNT. Man that sled keeps fighting me!!! Something is "holding-up" on it when the sled is moving. I'll need to doo some investigating. My fear is that it is the 1" lugs on the new GB Distribution track. Maybe they are rubbing on the tunnel at the very front? I have seen GB advise that these tracks need to be tighter than the OEM track. I have this track so tight right now though, so I can't imagine it needs to be tighter. GB also has advised that their sprockets are better designed for these tracks. I'm running the Goose version sprockets. It did seem to clear up a little with more throttle?? If it's not the sprockets/track, then there must be something going on in the chain case. Hmmmm,

What a sweet looking lineup!! Bravo sir. And dont worry, you will have the skandic in the lineup before you know it for another family photo . Dont worry about the snow - thats typical they call for more than you get. Sometimes its the opposite For the 70 if you think its the track thats hanging up, run it on a stand in the dark to look for tiny sparks. Look for paint with scratches on it too. Hopefully its a simple fix. Good luck!
