Gee-whiz stuff.
Bombardier Invitation sailboat built in the '70s. All sorts of info on google.com key words "Bombardier Sailboat"
Kind of cool!
They are thinking about making a surfboard type input for directional control for a re-vamped Invitation down the road.
Our young kids and grandkids now will love it!
SLEDRZ They also made fiberglass canoes.
Bomba-doo So what else did bombardier make back in the day? 70's, 80's even 90's. I know they were into sea-doos early. Mopeds, rebadged Puch with bombardier decal. Can-Am dirt bikes (with a street bike prototype) The tracked vehicles like J5 and trail groomers and earlier B7 and such. Didn't know they made sail boats though? Atvs are more recent (90's?) Didn't they make something like the Segway at one time not long ago? I know they have engines in things like go carts and ultra lights, but that's not really bombardier products. I am a little disappointed they don't make ride on lawn mowers or snow blowers...even generators? Would be nice to have everything in the garage with the same logos lol.
70Nordic 399 If you go to the Quaker Steak and Lube outside of Syracuse they have a vintage Can Am Qualifier enduro hanging from the ceiling, next time I'm there I'll try and snap a picture of it with my phone and post.
