Hello gentlemen.
Im looking for jetting specs on the 645. Also what plugs should be used?
Couple technical questions. How many lbs of compression is a healthy 645? Running 94 plus octane boost ok? What was there max rpm?
Lastly will a powerblock clutche fit? Are they a screw on clutch like the big bore fanner 640/775?
Thanks

Not sure of the previous info, but I have seen old steel powerblocks on 797's before. Looks like the crank is the same part number between the 645/797, and looking at the parts book it "looks" like they are 7/8" threaded like a 641/775. If it helps I can put you in touch with a fella out west in Saskatoon that is selling new powerbloc clutches with the 7/8 shaft input (recreation supply). I just bought one today for my TNT 640. From what I can tell its about the best price in Canada, and its tuned for this engine. Now you have a bit of a unicorn there but it might be worth touching base to find out if they can make one for you, or recommend something. Attachments:

Thanks I have a spare 7/8 powerblock here somewhere.i will slide it on and see if it fits under the stock clutch guard.if i recall they were limited to 65ish hp or the nylon blocks would get too hot and melt. Mind you i dont plan on running it hard, just better engine harmonics than the old dog clutchs.
